CUSTOM INSTRUCTIONS

Custom Information!

Please email me with your requests! "Contact Me" button directly above will open an email for you! The more specific & concise you are, the less back and forth needed and the quicker I can get you your order! If enough info is provided in your initial email, I can likely send you a link to purchase right away.

Info to include:

1. which listing are you looking to customize? (For example a belt listing with a custom charm that is not included in options.) If it is a design from scratch that is not listed on my site, be as specific as possible and include any images you'd like me to incorporate!

2. If you are looking to create a custom charm, please include a clear image. If you'd like me to find or generate the image myself, send over some inspo! High contrast, clear images are best.

3. Let me know any variation specifics pertaining to the listing(small, medium or large charms, accessory size, color selections, etc)

If you include all this info from the get go, I will likely direct you to the listing to select the "CUSTOM" variation to purchase. I will always email an image of the final product over to you before mailing out to make sure it is to your liking! <3

ABOUT ME

I’m Kaylee and I started and run KShortyShop! I’ve loved the music festival scene for a hot minute now, and it’s truly become so close to my heart and one of the highlights of my life. Nothing comes close to the energy, connections, and magic I’ve felt at music festivals and shows. As I continue to get older, it’s important to me to contribute to maintaining the magic that got me hooked in the first place. 

I started my business on etsy where i made over 3650 sales in a year and a half and earned over 680 5 star reviews with a 5 star review average! Any discount codes I've given you for my etsy shop are also active here on this website! Feel free to use anytime! My store will only be here on shopify from here on out.

My intention with KShortyShop is to make fellow music lovers smile, and make their fellow music lovers smile, with music and festival themed accessories, trinkets, gifts, and decor!! I love looking at special gifts I’ve received from both friends and randoms at events to remind me of my favorite memories & as a reminder of more magic to come. I love wearing an outfit I feel beautiful in, while still repping my favorite music. I hope for my pieces to do just that.

PROCESSING TIME INFORMATION

Everything in my shop is made to order! Processing times vary, depending on how many open orders I have at the time, order size, & the 3d printing/ lasering time to make charms.

Please note I usually have about 20 orders open at any given time- the charms for your items are literally in line to be made by my machines! The charms needed for one belt can take anywhere from 2-10 hours, to give some perspective.

Smaller items like necklaces, earrings, and charms will be shipped in 2-4 business days. Larger orders & items will be shipped in 2-7 business days. This translates 1-3 weeks turnaround time from order to delivery. Please allow 2-3 weeks for larger orders, especially peak festival season & Black Friday.

Express & priority shipping options are available, but please keep in mind my processing times-as there are orders in front of yours! Feel free to email me or DM on instagram (@kshortyshop) with any questions.

POSTAL ISSUES

USPS has proven pretty reliable the majority of the time however mistakes and delivery issues do happen every once in a while. I spent my first year and a half in business reimbursing customers fully for any lost “delivered” items, however, as much as I would love to, I am unfortunately unable to afford taking the L at my total expense anymore. My policy for lost items in the mail- is for customers to split the cost of the order with me for a replacement. I feel this is the fairest way to go about the situation on both sides. Thank you for understanding.
