ABOUT ME

Hey everyone! I'm Kaylee and I created and run KShortyShop. The music festival scene is near and dear to my heart- it has truly brought me some of the most amazing experiences, connections, interactions, inspiration... I could go on! As I've gotten older, I've thought about how I could contribute to the scene and to keeping the pure energy alive. 

The experience of music bringing all walks of life together is divine and it's important!! 

I have always loved playing dress up for fests, who doesn't?! I also love love to rep my favorite artists. So I created this shop so you can rock your favorite fits and still be sure to rep your favorites!! 

While the music scene did drive me to make mostly festival accessories, I've been having a great time making everyday accessories as well, so be sure to check those out too. :)

 

ORDERING AND PROCESSING TIME INFORMATION

Everything in my shop is made to order! 

Orders are shipped within 2-7 business days of order date. Larger orders always take me a little longer. Express and priority shipping options are available-please factor my processing times into that! Email me @ kayleejshorter@gmail.com with any questions.

Charms are either 3d printed or lasered out of acrylic. Please note these can be lengthy processes and also contribute to processing time. 

POLICIES

Postal issues - Rare but this does happen sometimes. If your package is marked as delivered and is nowhere to be found within 3 days of the delivery date, customer has the option to pay 1/2 the price of the order for me to remake and reship it. As much as I'd love to and wish I could, I just cannot afford to be fully refunding orders at my expense. Thank you for your understanding.
